.....also, you should include a cover letter and on the SF 424 R&R the
Grant tracking # in the Federal Identifier field if this is a "New"
application.

Resubmit.  Titles are important.  First impressions.

Click Changed Corrected.  And yes...just submit again as usual.. Whole
process repeats.

If you are easily within the first 48 hours after submission, you don't
need to reject first.  2nd will replace 1st.
