Shelli stated that grants.gov confirmed that her submissions were received and are in the process of being validated. However, they told me because I had only gotten the "received" email they couldn't confirm anything. I had to wait 48 hours and then call back. Yesterday, someone also mentioned after a phone call to grants.gov it was confirmed the submission had been received.
