I believe that a few days ago someone warned about using subaward packages not from the specific opportunity number.  Does anyone know if a subaward package (from the Challenge grants) have to be downloaded from the specific parent grant application package at one's institution, or if the package will accept the subaward package from another Institution that was downloaded at their site?
