We have a PI whose RC1 had an error (narrative too long).  While we were
correcting, we realized his title was too long and was being truncated
right before the major point of his title.  We'd like to correct the
title but weren't sure if this would cause an error.  Anyone have any
experience with this?

I put in a help ticket but thought I'd ask here since it looks like it
may be a while before I hear back from eCommons (70 people were ahead of
me in the phone queue this morning)!
