Thanks everyone. Our third submission went through fine with no changes.
We did abort the second submission, however, when we thought we had the
wrong Adobe, and resubmitted yet again. I wondered if the aborted attempt
caused these errors, but maybe it's just a grants.gov glitch.

This happened to me this morning, exactly the same error message.  I
called the help desk and they just had me resubmit and it went through
fine. For some reason the system just hiccups.
