Good morning,
I submitted one on Friday and got the same message.  I contacted NIH, got a
case number and was told they they are aware of the problem and looking into
it.  They advised me to do nothing and wait to be contacted.

Has anyone had any success in getting a competitive renewal into the
Commons? We keep getting the error:

 ERROR The parent grant for a revision must be awarded. The parent grant
 for this submission is not a funded grant.

The dates on the grant being submitted do not exceed the project period
dates for the parent grant, which is indeed awarded.
