Good Morning,
How are trainers and consultants from Sponsored programs being handled? We
are asked to hire them as employees at our university becasue of new IRS
regulations. Although they are only performing services for a day or so. Can
anyone tell me how they are handled at your institution? Do they go through
HR to get hired as employees?
