Be careful with them, some of them make you sign an agreement that allows them a percentage of income from all trials you get through them.  Also, be sure you can terminate the arrangement upon immediate notice.  You would be better off listing your site's profile and abilities in places the sponsors use to search for sites, such as
Center Watch.
