Subject: [RESADM-L] Filing Fees for H-1B visas

Good morning.  I'm seeking the input of the listserv regarding the
allowability of filing fees for H-1B visas of the employee which are,
per DOL regulations, a University expense.  Can this be charged to a
federal award (US Dept of Ed) if 100% of the individual's effort is on
the sponsored project?  What if only a percent of effort will be
allocated to the project?  This is not something I have dealt with
before and would appreciate hearing how others handle these costs.
