We had the same problem, I think Grants.gov is slow today. We used Adobe 9.0 Pro. We kept trying to submit and it finally went through on the 10th try! However, you might need to be concerned about what happens when the file reaches DOD. Currently there's a notice posted on the DOD CDMRP login website https://cdmrp.org/index.cfm that their eReceipt website is unable to read files created with Acrobat Professional 9.0. (What, they can't afford an upgrade or a programmer?) Maybe this pertains to only to the LOA docs uploaded to the DOD CDMRP website, but I told people here to create their attachment files using a lower version or something else, just as a precaution. When I try to submit, I get the grants.gov login screen, and once I've entered and clicked to move on, I get an Adobe Acrobat Runtime error and the program quits. I have only opened the formset with this same piece of software. This is the first Adobe formset I've tried to submit using Acrobat Pro 9. I've had no problem with Adobe Reader 8.1.3. Any ideas what could be wrong? I'm thinking at this point (close to deadline, of course!) I will need to download a new formset and redo the application using Reader 8.1.3. Thanks!
