Whether you are a PC or a Mac the process should be the same to fill out applications. Bugs are to be expected, but not to the extent of having to save after each application entry. I'd suggest having any persons with adobe issues link up with people in the IT/IS department and ask them to make sure they are running compatible software to their Operating System. Also, the OS and/or the adobe may have update issues (Either they need updates or they need to uninstall updates).
Plenty of times solutions are posted on the MAC OS site or the Adobe.com site.

Subject: [RESADM-L] Adobe forms on Mac
I've seen lots of traffic about problems *submitting* apps, but what about filling them out? At my institution, every single PI (all but one use Macs, and the PC user complained, too) has reported software (Reader and/or Professional) crashing to the extent that one AA said she has to save the file after each entry. I brought this up at the Stakeholder webcast, and they were "shocked, shocked! Never heard of that." Is there something in the ether here out West, or are others experiencing this too?
Is there anyone we can alert/talk to? Special buzz words? Secret handshake? The help desk... doesn't (help, that is).
cheers,
-L-
