Hi Robert,

A few minutes ago, I tried to access the Office of Extramural Research
homepage and received a generic "Server Unavailable" error message.  But now
when I check, it appears to be back online.

Let's hope it stays that way since there is an NRSA deadline today and those
of us who are submitting applications still need those lovely paper forms!
