For the DoD Breast Cancer Research Program Idea Award W81XWH-09-BCRP-IDEA, the grants.gov submission has you download a separate PDF file for completing the budget.  We can enter the year 1 on  the budget detail form and this flows to the summary budget form (similar to the NIH 398) but the form does not seem to have the fields setup to accept years 2 -5 on the summary form.

How are others handling this?
