Hello friends.
It's budget time here in the northern tier of Pennsylvania and we are facing some unusual "challenges" in covering costs.
So here is a question directed at colleagues at non-profit universities and hospitals: Do any of you impose an IRB fee for reviewing internally generated research protocols?
The only institution that I know does this is the University of Wisconsin Medical School? Anyone else?
Thanks very much
