This seems to be another of those randomly occurring false errors.
The help desk does not know anything about why this happens.  I
wonder if General Dynamics Information Technology does either.  It is
the error du jour.
We had three like this.  Modular Budget applications get errors
saying RR Budget, ours were RR Budgets and the errors referred to
Modular Budgets.  A good sign that they are false errors.

Two we resubmitted.  A third was an NIH reject that went in with no
problem originally, but not the changed/corrected one.  We found the
original that we had sent, fixed that and resubed.  It went in.
