I have been having a lot of problems. I’ve been trying to submit since around 8:00 a.m. I was on the phone with grants.gov for over a half hour and the representative assured me it was not their server, but a system problem here. However, upon just checking the Blog on the grants.gov site, I found the status is yellow and there is a message indicating that their server has experienced problems since 8:00 a.m. There are 22 funding opportunity deadlines today. I have a case number, so I’ll probably just contact eRA Commons to obtain a number from them as well. Good luck to everyone!
