Dear Colleagues,

I am still submitting and resubmitting the application that I originally
submitted on Thursday, March 5 (NIH). End of the week being slow for
g.g, we did not receive any updates until the application was rejected
at 8 am on Sunday with "VIRUSDETECT". OK, I renamed the files to
eliminate funny characters, spaces, etc, and resubmitted it with the
appropriate cover letter. VIRUSDETECT again 24 hours later. Next, we
downloaded a blank package and reentered everything. Needless to say,
virus checks were ran on all computers and no viruses were found. The
submission that followed this morning at 8 am did not even produce the
initial submission confirmation even though I received a confirmation
page on the screen. Around lunch I resubmitted it again. This time the
submission confirmation email came, but nothing else. The applications I
submitted today are all processed and in Commons already. I am at a loss
what else to try. The help desk was not helpful. Any advice is appreciated.
