Hello All,
I too have a similiar situation. At our institution we  have a session called
Mayester ( runs for two weeks at the end of spring). Faculty will be teaching
classes for two weeks and are being paid from a federal grant. How do we
account for T&E? Can they be paid for the overload? It is outside their regular
duties. When it comes to T&E how do we justify their pay especially with
federal money? Although the federal money is granted for this purpose.
