Question for the group.

The guidelines for a HRSA renewal we're submitting instruct us to upload the
Abstract to Grants.gov as part of Phase I with all other program information to
be uploaded to eHandbooks as part of Phase II. Has anyone been able to
confirm with HRSA that this is an error since the Adobe package contains only
the SF424 and PHS-5161 Checklist...no place to upload an Abstract.

Thought I'd poll the group before I sat on hold for the Help Desk.
