We have had the login error as well going from the login screen back to the proposal screen with no error.
Now the Grants.gov phone line has been busy for the past hour.
We're trying to submit 4 NIHs due today.

Subject: [RESADM-L] can't log in to g.g

I cannot get past the log-in page for G.G.  It tells me the ID/password do not
match the credentials and I know that they are correct.  I called G.G and they
stepped me through some trouble shooting and everything is as it should be.
They said the system is extremely slow and that I should keep trying.  Is
anyone having issues with loggin on and if so, do you have any suggestions
for me?
