Same problem since yesterday.  Help at Grants.gov says to keep on trying.

Same problem here so far today.
I can log-in but nothing happens after that.
No "submit" screen at all.

Subject: [RESADM-L] G.gov today?

How is grants.gov running for folks today? I just tried to submit and it
is unclear whether it went through. I had to resort to the drag and drop
method, was able to actually press the submit button after log-in, but
then it hung for several minutes and I got no confirm screen and no
e-mail of receipt yet. So, just wondering.
