Per NIH policy, if the deadline falls on the weekend or official holiday, you have til the next business day--in this case Tuesday, Feb 17.

I’m seeking feedback regarding the new error message everyone is talking about.  “Error:Failed to Update GrantApplication XML's LOB::Failed to Update GrantApplication XML's LOB.”  One of my staff received advice from Grants.gov that we must have Adobe 8.1.3 to submit or else our submissions will not go through.  Has anyone else heard this?  Has anyone successfully submitted without this version of Adobe?

Also, is everyone aware that the Grants.gov support center is closed on Monday for a holiday?  We have at least 20 proposals to submit on Monday – with no means to get a case number, we may be in for a long day Tuesday.
