I had that and found if I page up I get to the front page where you open and close forms.  They seem to open underneath the front page not as a separate file.

Has anyone seen Adobe packages where some pages did not have the top
buttons (close, print, etc)? I am looking at one where the modular
budget pages have no buttons.
