I did this twice today also with our 2 AORs (including the reset
password and email receipt steps).  No problem for either of them.  This
was in IE on a PC and Firefox on a PC - plenty of other applications
running - about 9:45 AM EST.  (Yes, I am looking skyward and thanking
our lucky stars...)
