I was able to get into the AHA system and successfully submitted one
applicaton; however, now the webpage is showing an error message: HTTP
404 Not Found.

Additionally, I have attempted to contact AHA since January 9th both via
phone and email, to no avail.  Anyone else having similar trouble?
