I agree with Jackie as another InfoEd institution. We have not experienced many of the errors others have received from Grants.gov submissions. To find the right solution for your institution, you may find the listserv archives helpful as they are filled with more information on S2S solutions such as infoEd, Cayuse, Coeus, Kuali, etc. and the features/benefits they offer. Our applications, once submitted, do have to wait in line with everyone else, so we have had time-out issues. The InfoEd folks are always available and exceptionally responsive to any submission issues that we have. Definitely worth having the S2S interface.
