Southwestern University is a private liberal arts college with 120
faculty and 1250 students.  We do not yet have a federal negotiated
indirect cost rate.  I would much appreciate 1) an estimate of the time
needed to complete an application and 2) if we farmed out the work -
about how much it would cost to complete an application?
