If you have not already done so, please consider subscribing to the NIH Guide Listserv (http://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/listserv.htm) to receive the latest Guide Notices as they come out.  In the meantime, you may use the FY09 Executive Level I annual salary of $196,700 posted on OPM's website (http://www.opm.gov/oca/09tables/html/ex.asp) as a guide in preparing your application budgets.
