All,

Our institution has had a federally negotiated rate with DHHS for many
years.  Since we are up for renegotiation, we are considering not obtaining
a rate and working with each individual agency.  We have less than 20
federal applications per year and our federal awards are around $2M.

I would be interested in hearing your thoughts about this.  Our last
conversation with DHHS involved obtaining much more data that we had ever
collected in prior years.
