If the foreign institution doesn't have a DUNS #, then a value of nine
zeros can be entered in the DUNS field of the subaward/consortium budget
form.

Has anyone had experience submitting a proposal through G.g. that included
a
foreign subcontract, was there a requirement for the sub to have a DUNS? I
know we need it for domestic subcontractors, I'm assuming we'll need it for
foreign.
