And just when a proposal arrives at 4pm deadline day, and you try to
submit via Grants.gov and you cannot get it in, and you have your
first example of a hatless person, and tell the PI sorry, the
sponsor issues a forgiveness due to system slowness, and he gets
another chance. We still await that first example of capital
punishment for hatlessness.
