I called grants.gov help desk and was able to get application processed after I
made the call.

I am having a terrible time submitting grants.gov applications in PureEdge
today. It's been two hours since I started submitting an application. I made
several attempts and never got as far as the confirmation page. Anyone else
tried submitting today? G.g blog says that the system status is green.
