It was not my intention to be "ugly". Nor was it my intention to send this to the entire list. I just thought she should reevaluate the image she was projecting by sending what seemed to be a personal email, but in fact was a mass email to persons who did not attend the meeting. Many of my colleagues at other institutions have had excellent relations with SRA and have encouraged me to give them just one more chance - I have not been so fortunate and find them to be nonresponsive and rather impersonal on more than one occasion (over 6 in fact). So please forgive me if I found this to be objectionable. Again it was not my intent to send it to the list. When I realized I had, I tried to retract it. It was however my intent to send it to SRA and I stand by my feelings and continued perceptions of that organization. I apologize to the list. My understanding is that after you reported this problem to the SRA International staff a month or so ago the staff reviewed office procedures for processing fax orders. The fax machine is now in a separate locked room that only SRA International staff can open. We have not yet heard you're your credit card company so we don't know what they concluded. We have had no other reported incidents like the one you have described.
