A "health" center might have training programs in dentistry, for
example, or allied health, that a "medical" center might not. I say
"might" because there are no definitions set in stone. In my
institution we have similar disputes over "institute" and "center";
generally the persons who have fixed definitions in mind are remembering
an entity from a previous institution and assuming that what they saw
there is a universal definition.
