All,

I have a question for the listserve.  Can you send me your insitution's policy on waivers of publication restrictions imposed by sponsors.  Currently this decision falls to the Chief Research Officer at my institution and there is talk about this now defaulting to me and I am very uncomfortable with granting publication restrictions on any sponsored project.  I have spoken to a few of you and I am not finding many major research institutions who grant this waiver.
