Definitely, start a new package. We have had them not go through at all
because they used an expired application. It isn't that much work,
especiailly when you weigh it against rebuilding the entire application at
the last minute.

I have done this many times without any problems - just use the same
application package and delete the old sections and replace with the new
sections. Also, do not forget to change the number on the facepage to
reflect your last application number.

Hello,
My PI is resubmitting an R21 through grants.gov. Can we work from the
original SF424 application with the intent of replacing the sections
that need to be changed to reflect our revised proposal? Or do I have to
start a new application? Thanks in advance for your input.
