Dear RESADMers

We are in the process of evaluating pre-award services for sponsored
projects as part of our preparation for the Middles States Accreditation
review. We are thinking of preparing two surveys, one for faculty and staff
that have worked with our office and a second survey for those who have
never used the office (to determine why they haven't).  Do any of you have
a survey instrument that you'd be willing to share with us? Thanks in
