Three hours + and still waiting.  Have been told by grants.gov help desk
that today and tomorrow have many program deadlines so their lines are
heavily burdened.  Am I correct in recalling that capacity was discussed
in a number of venues and we questioners were always assured that there
would be no capacity issues.  By the way, LOL, the help desk computer
systems were down and unable to assign case numbers to prove that those
of us who will ultimately be told we missed the deadline, in reality
submitted prior to the deadline.
