Could someone please share your thoughts on if green card process fees are
allowable on the federal grants. I know the question was asked back in 2006,
and there were some inputs on this. I am just trying to gather more inputs
from the group so we can determine how to treat this locally here. Any
inputs you may provide would be greatly appreciated.
