Can someone confirm that NIH has (for the typical research grant)
zero rules about WHO can be a PI.

i.e. postdoc, Adjunct Prof, Asst Prof, Full Prof, Prof Emeritus, etc
as PI...if an institution backs the proposal, NIH will review?
