I thought the scores, along with the reviewers' comments were privileged
information for the PI only.

Subject: [RESADM-L] Scores
A question on NIH scores. It is my understanding that NIH proposal
scores are given out only to PI's via the Commons website. Is this
correct? Are there any other means in which a University can obtain a
list of scores for proposals submitted by individuals in their institution.
