Thanks for the warning on the link.  That said I would add my support of
SMARTS/GENIUS as a grant search engine.

We have been using it for nearly 9 years now.

We're a small teaching institution and we use the InfoEd organization that
allows faculty to receive notices of new grant opportunities directly.

We register them in the database using keywords and then grant opportunities
are sent to them via the SMARTS system on a daily basis.
