Colleagues,

In grants.gov budgets with cost share in salary do you show cal. months
of total effort or just federal effort? I can make an argument for doing
it either way, but I am inclined to enter cal months for federal only.
The problem with calculating cal months for total effort is that salary
and fringe for non-federal portion are lumped together.
