We have a position open for a Research Compliance Administrator – IACUC &

This position serves as the Administrator for two federally-mandated campus-
wide committees and programs administered by the Office of Sponsored
Programs Administration - the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee

(IACUC) and the Institutional Biosafety Committee (IBC). This position is initial
contact for all questions and matters relating to these areas and works
cooperatively with committee chairs, the Attending Veterinarian and the NDSU
Safety Office to implement programs and ensure university compliance with
federal regulations. The position also develops, coordinates, conducts, and
participates in training sessions for faculty, staff, and students at NDSU
regarding issues related to the activities of the committees above as well as
other issues and areas of research. This position participates in other activities
within the Sponsored Programs Administration office as a professional staff
member. Position requires close and frequent contact with lab and farm
animals. Position also requires intermittent travel to research extension centers
across the state.
