NIH Public Access Policy - co-authors Zoya Hamilton 14 Jul 2008 12:08 EST

Dear Colleagues,

I went back to the NIH Policy document and to the earlier exchange on
this listserv looking for an answer, but did not find one yet. What is
your opinion? Here is the question:

"In the event that a PI is not the principal author on a publication
resulting from an NIH grant, whose responsibility is it to ensure
submission to the NIH? If the primary author doesn’t submit it, should
the PI take it upon him or herself to do so?"
