I'm looking for an internal contract review checklist to use to flag key contractual issues during our office review. If anybody has such a tool, would you please send it to me directly at xxxxxx@niu.edu. I know that some terms will vary from institution to institution, but the standard problematic terms should be fairly consistent (indemnification, publication, applicable law, etc).
