Another job Opending at Cedars-Sinar in Los Angeles Lazzaro, Joanne 09 Jun 2008 11:00 EST

Dear Colleagues,

At the risk of sounding like a stuck record (and I know I lot of you
remember "stuck records" ) I have yet another job posting....

Due to a career transition, we are re-opening the search for a Senior
Grant & Contract Officer. The good news is that right now you could
probably get a really good deal on on Ed McMahon's home, which is an
easy commute to the campus ;-). The bad news is that we can't pay you
enough to buy it :-(.
***************
The Burns & Allen Research Institute at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center is a
growing institution, with an annual research volume nearing $60,000,000
so this is an excellent opportunity to be part of that expansion. Please
review the job description below and refer anyone who may be interested.
We are looking for 5-10 years direct experience in a centralized
sponsored programs "preward" or combined pre-postaward office, and our
research profile is heavily concentrated on NIH funding. Ability to
deliver training and to mentor staff is essential.
Certified Research Administrator is desirable (but _not_ required) for a
Senior level appointment. This is a permanent, full-time exempt
position. Candidates from outside of California who require relocation
assistance will be considered.

Anyone who is interested please email your resume directly to me. If you
have questions about this opportunity plz call me & I'll be glad to
discuss ;-)
Joanne
