In my experience, once you put a date in that spot, it can't be changed.
I've had a faculty member have to start a whole new application package
because of that.

 Is anyone experiencing a problem with changing a date on budget period 1

 I am submitting with a start date if 1/1/2009. The dates are correct
everywhere but on that one spot. It is stuck on 7/1/2008. I cannot delete it

type over it.
