We were recently told the same thing (they said between 5-15%) and have decided to go with 10%.

Subject: [RESADM-L] F&A for AT&T Foundation?
Does anyone have experience with awards from the AT&T Foundation? They've told us they pay "reasonable" indirect costs. My guess is they won't think our negotiated rate is "reasonable" since most foundations don't. I'm thinking 10 or 15% but don't want to limit our recovery if this is the exceptional foundation that recognizes the real cost to conduct a project.
