Basically, everything above $100 which is the limit to petty cash
reimbursements. Everything above that requires a PO and the limits gets
more stringent. For example: $4500 and below requires no competing bids;
$4501 to $25000 requires three quotes in writing; over $25000 (that limit is
about to rise) requires a full RFP with publication in local newspapers and
a formal bidding process--very lengthy; we are a State institution. Joe
